Order report

Introduction

You can generate an overview of internal order transactions by going to Inventory/Reports/Order . The overview contains information on internal order transactions such as fulfillment date, status, resource and reference. Examples of order items include: items requested by internal use orders, and labor hour items requested by projects and production orders.

Description

You can filter the internal orders that you want to display. To display internal orders, you can define one or more of the following criteria and click Start. The internal orders that match the criteria you have entered are then displayed.

Range section

Warehouse

Type or select a warehouse or a range of warehouses to display the internal orders that are linked to the warehouse. Select the All check box to display the internal orders from all warehouses.

Fulfillment date

Type or select a date or a range of dates to display all internal orders with fulfillment dates that start on or after the selected dates. Select the All check box to display the internal orders for all fulfillment dates.

Resource

Type or select a resource ID or a range of resource IDs to display the internal orders ordered by the resources. Select the All check box to display the internal orders ordered by all resources.

Item

Type or select an item code or a range of item codes to display the internal orders. Select the All check box to display the internal orders for all items.

Extra section

Status

Select the required option to display the internal orders at different stages of the order process such as Order, Authorized, Rejected, or Completed. Select the All check box to display the internal orders for all order statuses.

Sort by

Select the following option to sort the order report:

Internal delivery — Select this to sort the overview in ascending order according to the order creation dates.
Fulfillment date — Select this to sort the overview in ascending order according to the fulfillment dates.
